Please complete the word document form for each tenant in your group and email the forms to us at:        aberdeen_student@hotmail.com

 

We require you to complete the forms prior to arranging a viewing so that we can be reasonably sure that each member of your group can meet our criteria for renting our property:

 

1. You are a student.

2. You can provide a UK resident guarantor, who can provide a satisfactory UK bank reference.    For those who do not have a UK resident guarantor, there are solutions to the issue which we can discuss.

3. You have a group already formed to rent the property.

 

There is no point in your group viewing the property unless you can meet the above criteria. But please note that there are solutions for the guarantor issue which we are happy to discuss.

 

It would be helpful if you could indicate the availability of your group for viewing as we try to schedule all viewings on one day to minimise the inconvenience to our current tenants.

 

We try and schedule a 15-20 min viewing slot to view the property and to meet us. That also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If the current tenants are in the property you will have the opportunity to ask them any questions.

 

After viewing, we ask you to email us to reafirm your interest in renting the property. If you do not reafirm your interest in the property we will assume that the property did not meet your requirements.

 

As demand for our property is high, we are likely to disappoint some applicants.

 

If you are unsuccessful in renting the property we delete the information you provide on the form unless you request us to hold it for other property availability, or for future years.
